Fagone Plumbing, Heating, and HVAC completed an annual heating service for a home on Ocean Avenue in Marblehead, MA. We inspected the gas furnace, Navien system, and water heater, checking components such as the flame sensor, condensate pump, and overall hot water performance. The home also has a steam boiler with a radiant zone, which was operating as expected. Radiant heat can take longer to warm up, which matches what we observed. All equipment was functioning properly at the time of service.
