MA Fagone Plumbing, Heating & HVAC completed a full Mitsubishi Hyper Heat installation in partnership with a residential renovation contractor at Quincy Avenue in Winthrop, MA. The project included installing 12,000 BTU and 9,000 BTU Mitsubishi ceiling cassettes for the basement unit, a 2-ton Mitsubishi Hyper Heat condenser on wall brackets, and two 3-ton Mitsubishi air handlers with Hyper Heat condensers for Units 2 and 3. Our team ran all new ductwork, sealed and insulated ducts, cut in new registers, installed new line-sets, balanced CFM for each room, mounted condenser stands, added 454A refrigerant, and supplied Honeywell thermostats for precise control. This installation delivers reliable year-round heating and cooling with Mitsubishi Hyper Heat efficiency and performance.
