Fagone Plumbing, Heating & HVAC responded to a toilet that would not flush in Swampscott. During troubleshooting, the technician found the toilet shutoff was not working and discovered a leaking cast-iron drain fitting in the crawlspace. The bathroom was taken out of service pending repair to the drain piping and toilet shutoff.
