We responded to a leaking water heater in Beverly and found a failed pipe connection at the top of the tank. The best long-term solution was a full replacement. We installed a new 40 gallon power vent water heater, upgraded the gas valve, updated the venting, and confirmed proper operation and combustion. A small vent adjustment will be completed on a follow up visit. The new system is running safely and efficiently.
