Deck resurfacing, railing replacement and concrete resurfacing

For this project, the client wanted a brand new looking deck and patio without spending a fortune. The framing for the deck was in pretty good condition. We replaced a couple posts and changed out 2 joists. We then removed the P.T. decking and replaced it with Trex decking. We rebuilt the stairs and installed a new Trex railing system. There was an existing concrete patio below and beside the deck that had some cracking and looked old. We used Ardex products to seal the cracks and resurface the concrete making it look brand new.
