Under the old shingles, this Cleveland home still had its original skip sheathing — so our crew re-decked the entire roof before installing CraftGrade synthetic underlayment and a new architectural shingle system. The photos show every stage: tear-off down to the original boards, fresh decking going on, and the finished dark roof. Older homes deserve roofers who know what they'll find underneath.
