This two-story Spring estate needed a complete new roof, and steep, tall slopes like these are exactly where you want an experienced crew. We tore the roof off, replaced damaged decking, sealed every plane with synthetic underlayment, and installed new architectural shingles with clean lines over every hip, valley and dormer. The drone photos follow the job from the first tear-off to the finished roof above the pool — and our team came back later for follow-up detail work on the upper walls.
