During a storm, the rain lifted the shingles up on the home (wind driven rain), causing water to get into the house and into the dining room. The room sat wet a bit to long before any work was done. Water sitting for an extended time caused microbial growth. The room was cleaned and reconstructed, the home owner took this opportunity to change the room to their liking.
