The main sewage stack in the attic split open, leaking sewage water into the kitchen, bathroom, hallway and into the basement. CLWM had to remove all of the plaster/lath walls and ceiling to clean it all up, plus remove the flooring. The wood framing had to be cleaned and dried, along with the wood subfloor. After demo, cleaning was done, CLWM reconstructed the rooms and the customer got a brand new kitchen!
