During the summer of 2023 a bad storm occurred. Which caused a severe drain backup at a customer’s residence while they were hospitalized. Upon returning home, the customer discovered extensive flooding in the basement, which had led to widespread mold growth due to prolonged moisture exposure. Chicagoland Water Medics was hired to perform mold remediation and handle the full reconstruction of the basement.
