We completed a comprehensive exterior trim restoration for this residential brick property in Rocky Mount. Our crew identified significant rot and deterioration along the roofline, requiring the removal of compromised fascia boards and soffits. We carefully inspected the underlying framing and rafter tails to ensure a solid foundation for the new installation. We replaced the damaged wood with new fascia and trim, specifically focusing on the eaves and the screened-in porch structure.
