We completed a comprehensive residential roofing project for a homeowner in Wake Forest that involved a full insurance claim for storm damage. Our team removed the existing layers and installed a new roofing system on both the main residence and the matching backyard storage shed. We also replaced several integrated skylights to ensure a watertight seal and enhance the home's natural interior lighting. For this installation, we used Owens Corning Duration shingles in Onyx Black paired with RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment for maximum durability. During the process, we identified and replaced damaged plywood sheathing and reinforced all roof valleys and flashing points. The finished project provides long-term weather protection and a refreshed look for the entire property.
