We completed a residential hardwood installation and restoration project in Chicago. Our team removed worn tile in the kitchen area and integrated wood planks to create a unified layout throughout the unit. We sanded the entire surface to ensure a level, uniform finish across the kitchen, hallways, and living spaces. We applied a dark-toned stain with a protective finish to highlight the natural wood grain. This update replaced dated materials with a durable surface that complements the stainless steel appliances and modern cabinetry. The resulting flooring provides a seamless flow and a more sophisticated aesthetic throughout the entire home.
