We completed a comprehensive roofing project for a three-story condominium complex in Palm Bay. Our team utilized heavy-duty boom lifts to access the multi-story structure and address the dark shingled roofline. We focused on ensuring the integrity of the mansard-style roof edges across the entire residential facility. The project required specialized equipment, including multiple JLG boom lifts, to safely navigate the building's exterior and reach the high eaves. We replaced the dark shingles and reinforced the perimeter of the roof to protect the units below. This updated roofing system provides long-term protection for the residents while maintaining the clean aesthetic of the stucco building facade.
