We completed a residential room addition for a single-story home in Palm Bay, expanding the living space with a new bedroom. The project began with excavating and pouring a reinforced concrete slab foundation. We also integrated the structural wood framing and rough-in plumbing, including PEX and PVC lines for the new interior. For the exterior, we applied a stucco finish to the walls and installed a new entry door and horizontal window. We removed the existing house window and installed a door into the main house.
