We performed a targeted structural repair on a residential roof to address a significant dip in the roofline. Our team removed the existing architectural shingles and damaged decking to expose the underlying rafters and attic insulation for inspection. We reinforced the wooden framing to level the surface and ensure the roof's long-term stability. To finish the project, we installed new plywood sheathing and integrated matching grey asphalt shingles with the surrounding roof area. This repair restored the structural integrity of the home while preventing future water pooling or leaks in the affected section.
