We completed a commercial roof restoration project in Melbourne, Florida, transitioning an aged gravel surface to a high-reflectivity white system. Our team prepared the flat roof by addressing seams and staging materials across the expansive deck while working around multiple HVAC units and ventilation structures. We applied the coating to ensure a seamless and durable finish across the entire facility. This project involved sealing conduits and skylight curbs to provide a weather-tight barrier against the elements. The new reflective surface significantly improves the building's thermal performance and protects the underlying roofing infrastructure from UV damage.
