We updated this Shelbyville kitchen by installing a new tile backsplash behind the range and across the main countertops. The project involved preparing the wall surface and precisely fitting the mosaic tiles around the existing cabinetry and electrical outlets. We used Calacatta Grey marble-look picket tiles to create a sophisticated, textured appearance that complements the brown cabinetry. The tiles were finished with Mapei Ultracolor Plus FA grout to ensure a durable and stain-resistant seal. This update provided a clean, modern focal point that enhances the kitchen’s overall visual appeal while protecting the walls. The final result offers a seamless transition between the countertops and the upper cabinets.
