We completed a comprehensive window and door installation for this residential project in Timonium. Our team framed and installed a series of high-performance windows and glass doors to create a bright, weather-tight living space overlooking the existing stone patio. The work included setting several double-hung and casement units, ensuring precision across the entire wooden structure. We utilized Marvin window components featuring white frames and classic grid patterns to match the home's existing aesthetic. To maximize natural light, we integrated glass double doors with sidelights and matching transom windows. The installation used ZIP System sheathing and quality flashing to provide a durable, energy-efficient barrier for the new sunroom enclosure.
