This project presented some ventilation challenges, as older homes in the cities often do. There are newer products available that allow us to create intake ventilation directly from the roof deck near the eaves! This home not only received a massive curb-appeal upgrade, but also a huge breath of fresh air under the roof, and a nice discount on the homeowners premium!
