This custom rooftop patio installation in South Bend, Indiana transformed an elevated outdoor space into a luxury entertainment area overlooking the city. The homeowner wanted a clean, low-maintenance surface that would complement the modern aesthetic of the rooftop while also creating a unique connection to Notre Dame. Our team installed SportsGrass Arena by ForeverLawn, a premium nylon turf designed for durability, performance, and vibrant color. To make the space truly one-of-a-kind, we also created and installed a fully custom inlaid Notre Dame logo at the center of the patio after the homeowner received approval from the university.
