We completed a comprehensive tile roof replacement for this multi-story residence in Flagler Beach. Our team removed the existing damaged tiles and inspected the underlying decking for signs of water intrusion. We performed necessary repairs to the plywood and OSB sheathing to establish a solid foundation and addressed structural transitions where the roof meets the stucco exterior. We installed high-performance DuPont Tyvek Protec PSU underlayment across the entire roof surface before laying new dark gray barrel tiles. This project involved intricate flashing work around chimneys and wall junctions to prevent future leaks. The finished installation features new wood fascia and soffit trim for a clean, cohesive look. This updated roofing system provides long-term protection against coastal elements while significantly improving the home's aesthetic.
