We performed extensive grading and leveling for this rural property in Lexington to improve site access and surface stability. Using a Bobcat track loader equipped with a grader attachment, we resurfaced the long gravel driveways and cleared large areas surrounding the existing outbuildings. Our team focused on creating a uniform grade that accommodates heavy vehicle traffic while maintaining the natural contours of the land. We redistributed existing gray gravel and leveled the dirt across the yard to eliminate ruts and uneven patches. This work extended from the main brick residence to the various barns and metal carports on the site, ensuring a functional and clean appearance throughout. The final graded surface provides a durable foundation for the homeowners' vehicles and equipment.
