Our client sustained water damage from ice damming this past January. We then completed a comprehensive interior renovation and exterior maintenance project at their waterfront residence in Greenwich. We upgraded the kitchen with custom white shaker cabinetry, marble countertops, and a professional-grade stainless steel range hood. Simultaneously, we addressed critical winter exterior issues by clearing severe ice damming from the roofline and gutters to ensure proper drainage and prevent water intrusion. Inside, we performed extensive electrical and plumbing rough-ins, including the installation of recessed lighting, PEX piping, and new subflooring. We also managed site containment protocols using specialized air filtration and dehumidification equipment during the restoration phase.
