A worn roof with deteriorating architectural shingles posed a risk to this residential property. We conducted a thorough roof inspection and completed a replacement using Malarkey Highlander shingles in Midnight Black. Additionally, we addressed chimney counter-flashing issues to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the roof. A roof certification was issued upon completion.
