Upon inspecting the existing roof, we identified the need for replacement due to wear and tear. We re-roofed with Malarkey Vista in Storm Grey, utilizing EZ Ridge high-definition ridge shingles for enhanced durability and aesthetics. To ensure optimal performance, we also completed a roof certification and installed chimney counter-flashing for added protection.
