Three layers of aging roofing were creating significant issues for the home in Queen Anne. We removed the old materials and installed new Malarkey Highlander shingles in Midnight Black. New plywood was laid down, and we also replaced the chimney counter-flashing while eliminating abandoned service pipes and satellite dishes for a clean finish.
