The old tar and gravel roof had reached the end of its lifespan, necessitating a complete replacement. We removed the existing material and installed new fanfold insulation before applying a durable TPO membrane roof system. To improve drainage, we enlarged the drains from 1 inch to 3 inches and added new 3-inch round downspouts, ensuring efficient water flow.
