A leaking roof prompted us to take action for this residential property. We re-roofed the area with a durable single-ply modified bitumen membrane, ensuring a long-lasting seal. Additionally, we replaced all fascia to enhance the overall integrity and appearance of the structure. A thorough roof certification was provided following our work.
