A deteriorating roof and old gutter system prompted the need for an upgrade. We removed the outdated materials, including an unused satellite dish, and installed a sleek Malarkey Vista roof system in Midnight Black. To enhance functionality, we also added new continuous aluminum gutters and employed California Style woven valleys, as requested.
