During the inspection, we identified a missing vent pipe that had been overlooked after a previous home addition. To resolve this issue, we installed a new vent pipe in the attic and routed it through the roof to ensure proper sewer gas ventilation. Additionally, we assessed the condition of the asphalt shingles and confirmed that they remained in excellent shape, maintaining the roof's overall integrity.
