The existing roof had two layers that were overdue for replacement, necessitating removal down to the ship lathe. We installed new plywood and addressed some damaged fascia. To ensure water protection, the chimney was counter-flashed, and a new Malarkey Vista roof system in Midnight Black was installed for enhanced durability and style.
