We completed a comprehensive residential roofing installation for this home in Tuscarora. Our team performed a full tear-off of the existing shingles to inspect and repair the underlying wooden deck. We replaced several sections of damaged sheathing with new plywood and slat boards to ensure a stable and secure foundation for the new roof. To provide maximum protection, we installed Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles in Estate Gray. We also addressed critical masonry issues by applying a fresh Crown Seal coating to the brick chimney and installing new black metal flashing. The project was fully completed in 1 day.
