We performed a targeted roof repair on this home in Hagerstown to address persistent moisture and leakage issues. Our team identified that the original roof installation lacked critical apron flashing and featured incorrectly installed step flashing, which we corrected during this project. We replaced the improper components with new, correctly installed step and apron flashings to ensure long-term water management. Additionally, we installed a comprehensive ice and water shield to reinforce the roof flashing against harsh local weather. This work ensures that the vulnerable transitions between the roof and walls are properly sealed and protected from water intrusion.
