We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Ellicott City. Our team stripped the old materials down to the deck and replaced several damaged OSB sheathing panels to restore structural integrity. We utilized Owens Corning ProArmor synthetic underlayment and installed Duration architectural shingles in Peppercorn. The installation featured new ridge vents, plumbing vent pipe boots, and updated flashing to ensure a weather-tight seal and improved ventilation.
