Residential Roofing Installation using Atlas Pinnacle Pristine Black Architectural Shingles

This roof on Delaware Road Frederick, MD 21701, was completed in August 2022, and included the complete rebuilding of the chimney cap. We also installed a layer of 1/2" plywood to the entire roof surface over the slatboards so that there would be no gaps in the roof decking. the shingle used was the Atlas Pinnacle Pristine Black.
