We addressed critical ventilation deficiencies on this Middletown residential roof to bring the system up to modern building codes. Our crew removed the existing, insufficient ridge vent sections and replaced them with a continuous, cap-over ridge vent system spanning the full length of the rooflines. This upgrade ensures proper attic airflow and eliminates localized heat buildup. The new installation provides uniform ventilation performance across the entire structure for improved long-term durability of the roofing assembly.
