We performed a targeted roof upgrade for this Middletown residence, focusing on the replacement of an aging skylight. Our team constructed a custom curb and finished it with white metal flashing to ensure a watertight seal before installing a new Velux FCM2246 skylight equipped with an integrated solar blind. The new skylight provides improved light transmission and reliable, leak-free performance for the homeowner.
