EIFS Replacement Using Hardie Plank

We replaced original EIFS on this home with James Hardie Plank Siding using the 2025 Color of the Year, Evening Blue. Our team replaced rotten substrate upon tear off and installed a new house wrap barrier. We framed an extension across the front gable to separate the top and bottom section and installed straight edge shake siding in Timber Bark for a nice accent!
