This West Huntsville home arrived with deteriorating EIFS cladding, pest damage, and rotting wood soffit and fascia throughout. Everything was stripped back to the studs, and the entire substrate was replaced with new 7/16" OSB before a water-resistant barrier was installed. The home was then re-clad with 8¼-inch James Hardie plank siding and Hardie trim throughout, along with a complete Hardie soffit and fascia conversion. The transformation from worn yellow EIFS to a crisp Evening Blue and Arctic White exterior is nothing short of striking.
