We performed a targeted roof repair in Diamondhead to address moisture damage identified around a chimney and siding transitions. Our team removed the existing asphalt shingles to access the underlying structure and replaced sections of deteriorated wood decking. We installed new oriented strand board sheathing and structural framing to restore the roof's integrity. To ensure a watertight seal, we integrated new metal flashing and underlayment where the roof meets the vinyl-sided walls and chimney. The project was completed by installing matching asphalt shingles to create a seamless finish across the repair area. These improvements corrected structural vulnerabilities and secured the home against future leaks.
