We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for a single-story brick home in Long Beach. Our crew performed a complete tear-off down to the rafters, allowing us to inspect the underlying structure and replace damaged plywood sheathing. We focused on creating a reinforced foundation to ensure the longevity and stability of the new roofing system. For the final installation, we applied Tri-Built synthetic underlayment and high-profile brown architectural asphalt shingles. We also updated the ventilation system by installing new turbine vents and metal flashing to improve airflow and moisture management.
