A long overdue siding, fascia, soffit and deck project for a classic beach house. Full removal of all aged cedar shake siding, trim, soffit and fascia. Installation of new PVC trim, soffit, fascia and 1/2" Red Cedar Shake siding. Rebuilt the front steps, landing and entry deck as well as the top floor deck and rails on the east side of the home. Completed a Fortified Shingle Roof system earlier on this same home.
