We completed this custom home build in Smithfield, Utah, delivering a comprehensive modern farmhouse design from the ground up. The project featured the installation of white board-and-batten exterior siding, a spacious open-concept floor plan, and high-end interior finishes throughout. We focused on creating a cohesive aesthetic that balances rustic textures with clean, modern lines across every room. The kitchen was outfitted with a mix of natural wood and white cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a custom wood range hood over a herringbone tile backsplash. In the bathrooms, we installed freestanding tubs, frameless glass showers, and decorative floral hexagonal floor tiling for a custom look. Quality infrastructure was a priority, including high-efficiency HVAC systems and durable luxury vinyl plank flooring to ensure the home remains functional and beautiful for years.
