We completed a comprehensive exterior renovation for this residence in River Heights, Utah. Our team installed a multi-level composite deck with black metal railings and integrated a concrete patio at the ground level. We also updated the front entryway with new stone-veneer siding and supported the structure with white columns. The project featured durable brown and dark gray composite decking boards designed for low maintenance and longevity. We paired the new deck with dark horizontal lap siding and brick masonry to create a cohesive exterior look across the entire property. This upgrade improved the home's outdoor living space while enhancing the transition between the elevated deck and the backyard lawn.
