We completed a residential home addition and extensive renovation in Smithfield, Utah. Our team managed the project from the initial excavation and concrete footing installation to the final interior updates and outdoor living expansion. We built a large covered deck structure and integrated it with new and existing hardscaping to create a functional backyard space. We installed a new walk-in shower with white acrylic panels and updated the bathroom with ceramic tile flooring and a light wood vanity. The exterior features grey vertical siding, white vinyl railings, and a gabled roof extension equipped with dual ceiling fans for the new porch.
