2025-056C Deck Fascia & Railing Repair

We were contacted by this Homeowner’s Association Board of Directors to address widespread deck deterioration throughout the community. For this particular deck, both the fascia board and railing had begun to rot. To complete the repair properly, we removed the existing railing, replaced the damaged fascia board, and installed a new handrail featuring a drink rail, per the homeowner’s request.
