We performed a comprehensive diagnostic and repair on a Generac standby generator for a commercial facility in Houston, Texas. Our team investigated several active system alerts, including a missing AC charger error and specific engine codes that were preventing the unit from operating at peak efficiency. We accessed the internal engine components and control interface to identify and resolve the root causes of the system failures.
