We completed a residential standby generator installation to provide reliable backup power for this home in Spring. Our team managed the full process, starting with the site preparation and the pouring of a custom concrete equipment pad in the backyard. We installed an 18kW Generac Guardian unit and integrated a 200-amp automatic transfer switch into the existing electrical service. The project included running dedicated gas lines to the meter and completing final electrical connections to ensure a seamless transition during power outages. After completing the setup, we activated the system and verified its operation through comprehensive load testing.
