We performed comprehensive preventative maintenance on a 130 kW Generac Industrial Power generator system in Conroe. Our team conducted a thorough inspection of the engine components, electrical systems, and the unit's structural housing. We focused on identifying potential wear and ensuring the standby power system is ready for immediate operation during any utility failure. The service included replacing the oil filter with genuine Generac parts and assessing the 228HP engine. We inspected the Exide Sprinter 12-volt battery, noting and addressing terminal corrosion to ensure reliable starting power. Additionally, we verified the functionality of the solenoid valves and control panel settings to confirm the system meets its high-capacity electrical output requirements.
